A: The warranty varies by product category. Engine core parts have a 12-month warranty, refrigeration units come with a standard 12-month warranty, and consumables (filters, belts, etc.) are covered for 3-6 months. Please refer to the warranty card included with your specific product.

A: Please contact your account manager or email our after-sales team with your product model, order number, and a fault description. We will respond within 24 hours. If the issue is confirmed to be under warranty, we will send a free replacement part.

A: In-stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation. International shipping typically takes 7-15 days, depending on customs clearance at the destination. Customized products (e.g., refrigerated boxes) have delivery timelines as per contract.

A: Our pricing is factory-direct for manufactured items and volume-competitive for distributed brands. We offer tiered pricing based on order value or annual commitment. All pricing is EXW (Ex-Works) or FOB (Free on Board) from our Zhengzhou logistics hub.
