A: We offer three assembly options for global shipping:
- Option 1: CKD (Completely Knocked Down)： Fully disassembled, flat-packed. This is best for distributors with local assembly capability, lowest shipping cost
- Option 2: SKD (Semi Knocked Down) : Partially assembled sub-assemblies. This is best for workshops with limited assembly experience
- Option 3: CBU (Completely Built-Up): Fully assembled at our factory. This is best for customers needing ready-to-mount boxes.
Trust point: We provide assembly manuals, video guides, and WhatsApp technical support for CKD/SKD customers.
- CKD/SKD kits: Minimum 2 units per order (can mix sizes)
- CBU (fully assembled): Minimum 1 unit
- Fleet orders (5+ units): Special pricing available
For distributors, we offer sample orders of 1–2 units for market testing before bulk commitment.
Yes. We accept custom sizes for any truck chassis. Please provide:
- Chassis model and year
- Wheelbase length
- Desired internal dimensions (L x W x H)
- Temperature requirements
We provide CAD drawings for approval before production (2–3 days for initial drawing).
Standard lead times as below reference:
- CKD/SKD kits (1–5 units): 15–20 days
- CKD/SKD kits (6–20 units): 25–30 days
- CBU fully assembled 20–25 days
- Custom sizes or colors Add 5–7 days
- Bulk fleet orders (20+ units): Dedicated production line available – lead time to be confirmed based on schedule.
Yes. Our standard warranty:
- Structure (frame, subframe): 24 months
- Insulation performance: 12 months
- Doors, seals, hardware: 12 months
- Refrigeration unit prep: 12 months
Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or accident damage excluded.
- CKD: Flat-packed in 20ft or 40ft HC containers. Panels stacked with protective foam.
- SKD: Partial assembly, wrapped and braced inside container.
- CBU: Fully assembled boxes shipped by flatbed truck to port, then Ro-Ro vessel or container (disassembled doors).
We provide container loading diagrams and can assist with consolidation if ordering multiple items.
We mainly supply themro king and carrier transicold parts, and also some of Bock, Bitzer, Valeo parts and other refrigeration brands.
We offer both:
- Genuine Thermo King parts – OEM, full traceability
- Premium aftermarket – OEM-grade, manufactured to same specifications, 30-40% lower price
For out-of-warranty units, many fleet operators choose our aftermarket parts for cost savings without compromising quality.

- 70% balance before shipment (or against copy of Bill of Lading)
- 30% deposit via T/T wire transfer
